    Nashville recording artist Jade Sanders is a 15-year-old singer/songwriter from Homestead, FL. After learning her first three chords on guitar from her dad, Jade began writing songs at the young age of 10. Jade’s original songs are now being played on several stations in Florida and Mississippi, and she recently traveled to Nashville to record her first professional EP “What About That” which released nationwide on May 9. Jade’s musical style has been described by many as one of an “old soul.”

Summers’ experience includes performing and directing the Al Green’s Enterprise Orchestra and will bring us Bobby G. Summers and friends. In a show emceed by Aaron Fodiman of (Tampa Bay Magazine), Bobby G. Summers will perform old school R&B classics with a side of funk. Enjoy the crooning voice of Nick Dukas, sharing his releases “Mr. Moon’s,” “Take It Away” and “Forever Love” as well as the soul stirring blues of Ms. Gloria Upton, the hottest female blues artist this side of the Mississippi.

    Makenzie Raye has a heart for country music, and her passion for it is undeniable. A 17-year-old from the Tampa area, Makenzie has showcased at local events, won talent competitions, and dreamed of becoming a real songstress. Her knack for songwriting has opened up a whole new world, and she now travels back and forth to Nashville to get ready for the release of an EP.

    Soul Circus Cowboys offers their flavor of bold Southern rock to audiences. Lead singer and songwriter Billy McKnight is no stranger to the music industry, having had national success as an independent artist. He is now joined by Jason Alfano, Stephen Haendiges, Terry Cole, Michael Bach and Greg Holt. The band’s debut album “Love’s Like A Rodeo” was a larger-than-life country/rock compilation that demonstrates the band’s energy and dynamic range perfectly.

    Grupo Control and Joe Zuniga
    Show Time: Saturday, February 28 at 6:00 p.m.
    Control (aka Grupo Control), from Harlingen Texas, specializes in norteño music. Control has performed massive concerts in venues such as Disney World, the Expo Feria de Guadalupe, in Monterrey, Mexico, the Fiesta Broadway, in Los Angeles and the Houston Astrodome. In 2009, their single “Se Tamablea” charted 30 on the Billboard charts. In 2010, “Influencias.” In 2012, the single “ASI” charted top 30 on the Billboard charts and 28 on America’s music charts. Control has received numerous nominations and awards including five gold records. The visual spectacle of their choreography is so grand that it seems like the 6 member band turns into 15 performers on stage. This is a show to be seen!

    Joe Zuniga
    Joe Zuniga , born in Miami, Florida, currently commutes between two homes in Monterrey, Mexico and Tampa, Florida. He is also enrolled at the University of South Florida and is majoring in International Studies. Joe grew up listening to music genres such as gospel, R&B, regional Mexicano, norteño, tejano, country, merengue, salsa, bachata and loving all styles of music. At an early age, he would tag along with his brother-in-law (who was his inspiration), carrying his guitar for every performance. He also highly admired his older brother who is a professional drummer. Music has always been an integral part of Joe’s life and by age 14, he had learned how to play several instruments by ear. In 2012, Joe won The 32nd annual Tejano Globe Awards for new artist and was a finalist for Tengo Talento.

    NRG is a rad musical group made up of life-long friends from Florida. They’ve spent years polishing their high-octane, uplifting show and they’re hungry for more. Whether in venues all around their hometown or in the bright lights of New York City, there’s no stage too big for these awesome kids. NRG is on a mission to emphasize that positive life choices and individual responsibility can be really cool.

    Born and raised in Ocala, Florida, Sara Hagan is the pint-sized vocal powerhouse that fronts the Sara Rose Band. (Rose is Sara’s mother’s name and what’s more country than naming your band after your mama?) Throughout her youth Sara was the go-to girl when a vocalist was needed for a county fair, holiday celebration or charity event in Marion County, earning a lifetime’s worth of on-stage experience before she’d even gotten her driver’s license.

    American Dance Orchestra

    The American Dance Orchestra, lead by two former members of the United States Military Academy Band, is a 12-piece ensemble based in Tampa Bay and made up of many members who have served in the military as musicians. The American  Dance Orchestra has a  heritage of artistic excellence spanning more than a 100 years of combined military service as musicians. Serving as musical ambassadors, members of the American Dance Orchestra have been privileged to perform for Presidents of the United States, Her Majesty the Queen of England Elizabeth II, Pope John Paul II and an illustrious array of dignitaries from around the world. Enjoy American music through their own brand of pop, R&B, swing, jazz, dixieland, blues, patriotic, holiday and gospel.

    With The City, a contemporary, folk-inspired worship band, was formed out of a deep passion for seeing the church live out it’s calling in all the world. Throughout history music has been used to teach, encourage, and point people to their Creator. With The City was started by six men from Tampa, the majority of whom have served on staff of local churches in some role. The members of With The City have a strong desire to see the church worshiping in spirit and in truth both inside the fellowship of local churches and throughout local communities. Come enjoy an energetic performance!

    Heather Lucas, a Southern rock and country recording artist, was born and raised in the great state of Florida. She combines country classics, country swamp, contemporary country and southern rock that make her audiences sing at the top of their lungs. She recently collaborated with Grammy nominated, multi-platinum producer Chris Rodriguez “C-Rod,” and her original single, “Truckin,” is currently available.

    Cheyo Carillo, Xavier Carillo, a native of Los Angeles and a second-generation Californian, comes from a musical family and has been impressing audiences since the age of 6. In 1994, He won first prize in “Show of Don Cheto “ and has won numerous prestigious festival awards. This dynamic young musician and vocalist performed with well known international bands and has since launched his solo career. Cheyo is consistently in the top playing charts nationally. He and his band will playing for us their newest hits.

    In 1994, Simona B. hit the Dallas music scene with her fresh outlook on Tejano music. Born and raised in North Dallas, Simona grew up in a religious family with strong Latin values. From a very young age she often sang and performed in church and at family gatherings. It was not long before she realized her gift was meant for more than just family entertainment, and she decided to pursue a career in music. With influences from both sides of her family, Simona enjoys both Tejano and Salsa music.

    Heanon Tate is an internationally recognized worship leader, recording artist, songwriter, and producer and is a presiding bishop over Force of Life International,  located in South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida and Georgia. Tate is a pioneer of  new genre “Ministry Music” – the music that speaks to right now. Known specifically for his diverse sound, the 2008 single “Real” and his 2010 hit “Alright,” Heanon brings all nationalities and races together through worship.

    SouthWest Dairy Farmers Milking Show

    The Mobile Dairy Classroom, located on Ford Lane, is a traveling milking parlor, featuring a live cow and an oral presentation. The trained instructors at the milking show demonstrate how to milk a cow, describe how milk goes from the farm to the consumer and answer questions from the audience.

    Home Depot Kids Workshop

    The Home Depot will be here today conducting a kids workshop at 3:00 pm, just after the Grand Parade. Kids will have the opportunity to build little tool boxes and heart baskets while learning to use basic tools with tips given by Home Depot Associates. The Home Depot display and kids workshop is located East of the Amscot Main Ticket Gate next to the Tampa Bay Times Variety Stage.
