SENIOR CITIZENS’ DAY

Patrons 60 years of age or older get $2.00 off the gate admission of $10.00 all day.

The Jimmy Sturr Orchestra will perform for your listening and dancing pleasure. The music begins at 10:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on the Wish Farms Soundstage. ALL SEATS FREE WITH GENERAL ADMISSION

**A prize will be given away at 12:00 p.m. each Senior Citizens’ Day, following the 10:30 show, to the lucky senior citizen whose ticket is drawn from the barrel. Tickets for the drawing will be available to seniors in the stadium. You must be present at the Senior Citizens’ Program to win.

SWEETBAY SUPERMARKET DAY ON THE MIDWAY
MOONLIGHT MAGIC NIGHT

Sweetbay Supermarket Day on the Midway saves you $2.00 off the regular price of $20.00 for the Fun Pack Ride Coupon Book from 10 am until 10 pm. Bring any “My Essentials” non-perishable product to the Festival and receive a midway voucher as you enter the Festival for $2.00. Each “My Essentials” non-perishable product brought in will be exchanged for a $2.00 off voucher. “My Essentials” non-perishable products are available in all Sweetbay Supermarkets. All cans will be donated to the local food bank.

Moonlight Magic – Ride most mechanical rides for one special price of $20.00 per person. All patrons entering the Midway for this event will be required to purchase a $20.00 wristband, 11:00 pm until 3:00 am. All patrons entering grounds are subject to search.

FREE KIDS’ DAY

Hey Kids, it’s YOUR DAY! Kids through High School age are admitted FREE!  Just stop by any Festival ticket booth and receive a complimentary entry ticket on this special day. But that’s not all.  There’s a FREE kids concert on the Wish Farms Soundstage.  Suite Caroline, sponsored by Fantastic Sams, the talented singer/songwriter, will take the stage at 1 p.m.

MOUNTAIN DEW FAMILY DAY

It’s “Dew” Day AND a weekend MIDWAY wristband special – Ride all day, 10 a.m. until 11 p.m., for only $25. But that’s not all -- bring any Mountain Dew can product to the Festival and receive a voucher when you enter the Festival for $5 off the $25 MIDWAY wristband and ride all day for only $20!! Mountain Dew can, NOT valid for gate admission, AND only ONE can per person.

Be sure to watch as the Grand Parade passes by the Festival on Reynolds Street starting at 1:00 PM.

Ride-A-Thon hours are expanded starting at 10:00 am until 11:00 pm. A wrist band purchased at the Midway for $19.00 will entitle the wearer to ride most mechanical rides for one low price.

RED HAT DAY

On Tuesday, March 6, 2012 the Florida Strawberry Festival will feature Red Hat Day!  Red Hatters receive $2.00 off the regular gate admission of $10.00.

Red Hatters will have a day to remember!!  Opening ceremonies begin at 10:30 a.m. when the Red Hatters gather to review the daily schedule of events at the Direct Auto Insurance Free Grandstand and be treated to several surprises.

The Festival will feature a mini “Red Hat” market area and, capping off the day, Brenda Lee, will appear on the Wish Farms Soundstage at 3:30 p.m. What more could a Diva ask for?!

Ride-A-Thon from 3:00 pm until 11:00 pm. A wrist band purchased at the Midway for $19.00 will entitle the wearer to ride most mechanical rides for one low price.

AMERICAN HEROES DAY

& Ride-A-Thon Day

The Florida Strawberry Festival will honor our American Heroes by offering FREE admission.  All active, reserve and retired military and military veterans along with Law Enforcement and First Responders (EMS & Fire Fighters) will be admitted free all day when they show a valid ID.  Did we ever tell you that you’re our heroes? The Festival is honored to pay tribute to the men and women around the world who risk their lives on a daily basis so that we may enjoy the freedoms we have here in America!  Lee Greenwood & Louise Mandrell will perform at 3:30 P.M. followed by The Band Perry at 7:30 P.M. on the Wish Farms Soundstage.  There’s a hero if you look inside your heart!
